Seven interviews to social
workers were analyzed to identify religiosity patterns
on their work performances, and also their conception
on the oughts of the modern family. A certain kind of
religiosity, though part of the organization of private life,
transcends to public life in that it has a role in professional
performance, supposedly to avoid messiness, crisis and
normative deviations, prevailing over individual human
rights. The traditional view on sexual diversity must be
challenged, to improve professional performance and
responsible, socially inclusive interventions.

Keywords: family, religiosity, sexual diversity,
homoparenting, social intervention
}, number={1}, journal={La Manzana de la Discordia}, author={Castelar C., Andrés Felipe and Briceño G., Mónica}, year={2016}, month={mar.}, pages={103–115} }
