It shows the importance women’s theater has had
in the construction of the subjectivities of the participants,
as a fruit of a process in which artistic labor becomes a
pedagogical and political tool, which contributes to the
construction of signifi cant know-how for formulating new
life-projects. On the basis of the analysis of the play and
the process, the conclusions emphasize the importance and
even urgency of using artistic means, specifi cally women’s
theater, in processes of popular education.

Key words: social actors, natural actors, displacement,
popular education, subjectivity, women’s theater
ER -
